The Food Safety Toll- Free number (1800  425 1125) of the Department is linked with the Government Contact Centre – Kerala, run by the IT Mission for providing Grievance Redressal support service to citizens round the clock.

The Government Contact Centre – Kerala would serve as a “front – end” platform to receive complaints from the general public that would then be transferred to the field level officers for expeditious action as per the method of call forwarding mechanism.
